Many meditation apps have offered free or reduced subscriptions, and several of us have found them to be very helpful. Similarly, there are a number of workout programs that have popped up that require no equipment and can be done from home. Personally, I have been walking the dog in the woods a lot, and we both enjoy that.
Organizationally, the Executive Board is meeting on April 16 to discuss any pressing issues, including the summer conference. Right now, it is too early to tell exactly how the virus will progress, and July seems a long way off. But we will keep everyone in the loop.
