Call for Nominations for the WPA-GO Graduate Committee Election

In July 2012 the WPA-GO Graduate Committee (GC) will say goodbye to members Meaghan Brewer, Temple University; Cristyn L. Elder, Purdue University; Todd Ruecker, University of Texas at El Paso; Megan Schoen, Purdue University; and Ryan Witt, Temple University. In order to maintain the 7-person GC as outlined in the recently adopted WPA-GO By-Laws, we invite nominations for three new Graduate Committee members.

WPA-GO is excited to announce the two-part CV-writing workshop being offered specifically for graduate students at the upcoming 2011 WPA Conference in Baton Rouge. The workshop, which is sponsored by WPA-GO, will be led by eminent WPAs Duane Roen and Joe Janangelo. And because these events are scheduled as conference presentation sessions, there is no additional cost for attending over and above the conference registration fee.

WPA-GO (the WPA-Graduate Student Organization) invites you to an informal meet and greet at CCCC for graduate students interested in WPA work and for WPA faculty mentors. Please see the specifics below:
