Does anyone know of any undergraduate English programs that offer an emphasis in rhetoric and composition?

I graduated from Texas A&M University with an English degree, emphasis in rhet/comp. I wish I could find the article for you--I searched with no luck--but a particular journal did a review of the program at A&M a few months ago. If you visit their website maybe you can find something.
