Assistant Professor in Medical Rhetoric/Health or Biotechnical Communication Multimedia Writing and Technical Communication
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Doctoral Degree in appropriate discipline; demonstrated knowledge of rhetoric/communication theories with specific emphasis on medical rhetoric/health or biotechnical communication; demonstrated excellence in college teaching experience; an appropriate record of professional achievement in research and service. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise or experience in health related industries or rhetoric of science. Previous program development experience.
The successful candidate will teach courses, develop curriculum, build connections with other academic units and industry, and sustain a level of professional activity commensurate with the position.
